Our Mission
Our mission is to create a caring assisted living community by putting our residents first. We believe that assisted living is more than just providing quality care and services. We strive to support residents to continue to live a purposeful and fulfilled life. Our unique community partnerships provide opportunities for residents to share their talents and give back while creating rewarding experiences our residents love!
Our Story
Chesterbrook’s resident population is unique and diverse—much like the interfaith communities that first envisioned our not-for-profit senior community.
In 2007, three faith communities came together with a common goal to build a home for older persons of all financial means that feels like home; offers personal choice; provides a wide range of high-quality assisted living care and services; is located convenient to loved ones, friends, and familiar places; and offers an enriching environment for residents to thrive. Chesterbrook Residences believes that assisted living should be affordable without large entrance fees and with reasonable monthly rent and service fees offering value without sacrificing quality for our residents.
These local congregations, Lewinsville Presbyterian, Temple Rodef Shalom, and Immanuel Presbyterian, formed a local not-for-profit Board of Directors who continue to fulfill this mission today.
At Chesterbrook, everything is designed to support our residents.

To provide assisted living in a community that honors our older adults and

that fosters aging with dignity.
Our Management
The Chesterbrook Residences Board of Directors hired Coordinated Services Management, Inc. to provide oversight and professional management for Chesterbrook Residences.
Coordinated Services Management, Inc. (CSM Senior Living Management) was founded in 1981 by Mary Elyn and Robert McNichols. CSM was created out of a deep commitment to providing professional management of the not-for-profit senior living communities being developed by the affiliate company, McNichols and Associates — now known as MA Senior Living Design. The mission of CSM is to improve the lives of seniors, provide access to affordable and safe housing and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
In 2024, CSM Senior Living Management and MA Senior Living Design transitioned to new owners, Denise White, President (team member since 1983), and Dave Rawlings, Executive Vice President (team member since 1997). Denise and Dave bring more than six decades of combined executive experience in community operations, regulatory compliance, solid financial strategy and results, and leadership and staff development. Their hands-on leadership, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to advocating for others constitute the driving force behind the company. They believe in the intrinsic value and dignity of all community members, including residents, staff, family members, Boards of Directors, community partners, volunteers, and neighbors. Both CSM Senior Living and MA Senior Living Design continue to thrive and provide high-quality management and development services to the communities managed by CSM Senior Living.
