Transitional Counseling Program
Making the move to an assisted living community can be a difficult change for the individual resident as well as his or her family. Residents who are new to a senior living community may be leaving their home, neighborhood, and friends that they have been familiar with for decades.
At Chesterbrook Residences, we understand how difficult the change in lifestyle can be. To help make the adjustments easier for everyone involved, we offer two complimentary sessions with a transition counselor. Residents who wish to learn more or to schedule an appointment please contact our Resident Services Coordinator at Chesterbrook by calling 703-531-0781.
